Bulawayo police have arrested a man accused of operating an illegal home-based brewery and distributing illicit alcoholic beverages across the city.
According to police, the suspect was allegedly producing and supplying unlicensed drinks from his residence.
During the operation, officers seized several items linked to the brewing activities, including ethanol, which authorities say is a prohibited ingredient in beer production.
The arrest forms part of ongoing efforts by law enforcement agencies to crack down on illegal manufacturing and distribution of unregulated beverages.
Investigations into the matter are continuing.
