The Premier Soccer League has fined Hardrock FC and Dynamos FC US$10,000 each following an inquiry into the abandonment of their Matchday 14 encounter.
The league found serious breaches relating to crowd control and security management, leading to strict sanctions and new compliance measures for both clubs.
Hardrock FC will pay US$8,000 immediately, with US$2,000 suspended for the remainder of the season on condition that the club maintains satisfactory security and crowd behaviour standards.
The club has also been ordered to play one home match behind closed doors and submit a Security Management Plan for all remaining home fixtures within 30 days.
Dynamos FC received a full US$10,000 fine and must provide an Away Supporter Management and Marshalling Plan to the PSL within the same period.
For the rest of the season, Dynamos will be required to submit reports after every away match outlining supporter conduct and any incidents that occur.
The PSL also ruled that the remaining minutes of the abandoned fixture will be completed behind closed doors at a neutral venue, with both clubs sharing the associated costs.
