Dynamos Football Club have suspended head coach Genesis Mangombe with immediate effect pending investigations into allegations of misconduct.
According to reports, the decision follows an incident at Glamis Arena on June 18, 2026, which was brought to the attention of the club’s executive leadership.
Among the allegations being investigated are claims that players were pressured to take part in traditional rituals before matches, with some reportedly alleging that refusal could affect their playing time.
The concerns were allegedly raised by goalkeeper Idrissu Nfor Finiar and senior players represented by team captain Stanley Billiart.
The suspension notice also cites allegations of gross insubordination during a post-training technical meeting at Glamis Arena.
Dynamos have indicated that a formal investigation will determine the outcome of the matter.
