Ignite Youth founder Tadzie Madzima has been honoured with four prestigious regional and international awards in recognition of her outstanding work in community development and youth empowerment.
Madzima received the World of Difference Award in the NGO/Non-Profit category from The International Alliance for Women (TIAW) in Greece — a major milestone celebrating her leadership and impact.
Her global recognition didn’t stop there. She was also named a two-time winner at the Women Changing the World Awards in the categories of:
- Humanitarian Impact
- Making a Difference
In addition, Madzima was awarded the Iconic Leaders Creating a Better World for All honour by the Women’s Economic Forum, further cementing her status as one of Africa’s rising leaders in youth development.
Through her organisation Ignite Youth, Tadzie has empowered over 30,000 young people across Zimbabwe, offering purpose-driven career guidance, counselling, and holistic youth development programmes designed to unlock opportunity and transform lives.
Her work continues to inspire a new generation of young leaders committed to shaping a brighter future.
