Harare — Magistrate Feresi Chakanyuka has issued a warrant of arrest for award-winning musician TiGonzi, after he failed to appear in court for a case involving a disputed vehicle purchase.

The matter stems from allegations that Walter Magaya’s bodyguard, Felix Chikondo, sold TiGonzi a smuggled vehicle, which was later seized by the Vehicle Theft Squad (VTS). The vehicle’s confiscation led to the ongoing legal battle, with TiGonzi being a key complainant in the case.

However, TiGonzi’s non-appearance in court forced Magistrate Chakanyuka to issue the warrant, halting proceedings until he is located or appears before the court.

The case has sparked widespread attention, with fans expressing shock and concern over the artist’s legal troubles. Further updates are expected as the situation unfolds.
