Prophet Walter Magaya, the leader of Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries, has been granted bail of US$3,000 by High Court Judge, Justice Gibson Mandaza.
As part of his bail conditions, Justice Mandaza ordered Magaya to:
✅ Surrender his passport to the authorities.
✅ Report twice a week to the police.
✅ Submit title deeds as surety.
The ruling comes after Magaya’s recent arrest on allegations of fraud and other criminal charges, which have drawn significant public attention. The court emphasized that while investigations continue, bail serves to uphold the principle of presumed innocence until proven guilty.
Magaya’s legal team expressed confidence in the justice system and maintained that their client would fully comply with all court directives as the case proceeds.
