Delta Beverages says demand for beer and soft drinks has become so high that the company has officially “run out of capacity.”
According to CEO Matlhogonolo Valela, the beverage giant is now investing an additional US$120 million into expanding production facilities in order to keep up with growing consumer demand.
This comes on top of the US$44 million already invested by the company over the past year.
The expansion is expected to boost production capacity across Delta’s beverage operations as demand for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks continues rising across Zimbabwe.
