A chilling breakthrough has emerged in a long-running missing persons case after the remains of a woman and her young son were exhumed on Saturday from shallow graves at Sahondo Farm in Guruve.
The discovery followed a confession by Anymore Zvitsva, a suspect alleged to be a serial killer, who reportedly led police to the burial site. The woman and her child had been missing since March last year, and their disappearance had remained unresolved until this latest development.
According to police reports, Zvitsva admitted to killing the pair and concealing their bodies at the farm. The exhumation has brought a measure of closure to a case that had left family members and the community searching for answers for months.
In a further disturbing revelation, the suspect is also said to have provided information linked to another unresolved murder case involving an elderly woman from the Nyakapupu area, who was allegedly killed in October 2025.
Police have confirmed that investigations are ongoing as they work to verify the suspect’s claims and establish the full circumstances surrounding the deaths. Authorities say more details will be released as the probe progresses.
