The State of SCNRFP (Southern Cherokee Nation and the Red Fire People) has officially appointed Sir Enock Mangirande (@kingdom_billionaire1) as an Advisor and Honourable Emissary.
The appointment was confirmed by H.E. Chief Gees-Due OO-Neh-Gah Usti, the Chief Prime Minister of the State of SCNRFP.
According to the official communication, Sir Mangirande’s mandate will involve high-level engagement with African Heads of State, Ministries of Finance, and Central Banks to strengthen sovereign cooperation and investment partnerships across the continent. His portfolio includes:
- Facilitating government-to-government relations,
- Supporting modern and secure financial frameworks,
- Coordinating ledger-to-ledger capital transfers in multi-billion-dollar denominations,
- Advancing national development initiatives in key African states.
The State of SCNRFP says the appointment aligns with its mission to deepen strategic partnerships and expand mutually beneficial cooperation within Africa.
Sir Mangirande is now expected to spearhead diplomatic and developmental missions focused on accelerating Africa’s economic transformation.
